Well, I am reading "A Pledge to America" put out by the GOP, but I think we all need to take what is said from now until November 2nd with a lot of skepticism. It seems to me that a total legislative mess is in the cards, so uncertainty and most of the current policies will continue. The markets represent votes with money and it does not seem to have any direction yet.
