Thanks and Giving
Just a few thoughts today on giving thanks and giving. I am thankful for many things. My family, my freedom, my work and what is a very comfortable life. It is not always easy, but I do seek to find gratitude in as much of life as I can. It is the only way to really pursue happiness.
Giving to others is also part of this. I am repelled by the crowds pushing their way over each other to buy the "Black Friday" deal, but maybe these folks are just trying to give to someone they love. It seems a bit misdirected to fight over a particular purchase, but underneath it all, they are just trying to give to others. The harder things to give are our time and attention in relating to others.
